Free shipping Germany
We deliver free of charge within Germany. Our shipping time is 5-7 working days, but we strive to process every order as quickly as possible.
You can track the package with the Track & Trace code that we will send you by email with the shipping confirmation.
Thank you for your understanding that we have no influence on delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery time (after handing over the order to the shipping service provider) is not met.
If the shipment does not arrive on time, we unfortunately cannot reimburse the shipping costs for non-compliance.
International shipping:
Currently, we deliver only to EU free of charge from an order value of 249€. The shipping costs start from 9.90€ ( for oversize items 19.90€) for all orders with a lower order value.
We also deliver to Norway, UK, USA, Canada, UAE and Switzerland and shipping costs can be calculated at the check out. For orders shipped to overseas countries, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns due to potential logistic risks, unless there is a defect or error with the product. However, if our terms and conditions are acceptable to you, we would be happy to ship your order. For these countries, local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipment tracking
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Sometimes it takes a few hours for the status of the shipment to be displayed correctly at the address given above.
